The Lebanese Minister of Justice received Ambassador Ahmed Al-Hasani, President of the Arab Union for Combating Forgery and Counterfeiting, to discuss cooperation between the ministry and the Union in combating forgery and counterfeiting. The meeting was attended by Mr Hassan Balouz, director of the Union’s Lebanon branch, the head of the ministry’s legislation and consultation body, Joelle Fawaz, Judge Maryse Al-Am and Judge Mohamed Fawaz.

Ambassador Ahmed Abbas Al-Hasani, President of the Union, signed a cooperation protocol with the Egyptian Accreditation Council (EGAC) covering joint work in the fields of accreditation and combating forgery.
