Welcome to your Arab home for combating forgery and counterfeiting

It is my pleasure to welcome you to the website of the Arab Union for Combating Forgery and Counterfeiting. We work under the umbrella of the Council of Arab Economic Unity in the belief that fighting forgery and counterfeiting is a shared responsibility: it begins with awareness and is completed through cooperation between institutions and individuals. The Union’s doors are open to everyone who shares our commitment to integrity and transparency, and we look forward to building, together, a trusted Arab reference in this field.

About the Union

Arab Union for Combating Forgery and Counterfeiting

A specialised Arab union operating under the umbrella of the Council of Arab Economic Unity of the League of Arab States

The Arab Union for Combating Forgery and Counterfeiting operates under the umbrella of the Council of Arab Economic Unity of the League of Arab States. It conducts research, publishes scholarly work, provides advisory services and hosts scientific meetings on every issue related to combating forgery and counterfeiting, in both its broad and specialised sense, for the public and private sectors. The Union promotes transparency, integrity and justice, studies ways to reduce and monitor risk factors, works to counter them and limit their spread, and pays particular attention to prevention, which has become an urgent necessity for individuals and society alike.

Through its vision, mission, strategic plan and future ambitions, the Union works through committees and programmes, joining forces with and supporting those engaged in combating forgery and counterfeiting at the local, Arab and international levels.
